This includes design of residential and commercial complexes, shopping malls, high-rise buildings, educational and institutional buildings, multiplex theatres, hotels, hospitals, industrial buildings and stadiums.

While designing concrete structures, focus is on optimization of concrete strength utilization considering concrete’s characteristic of being strong in compression and weak in tension. Accordingly, various systems compared are:

• Moment resisting frames
• Shear walled structures
• Braced frames
• Flat slab with shear walls
• Irregular concrete space frames
• Combinations of above

Design services are offered as per IS 456, ACI 318, AS 3600, BS 8110, CSA A 23.3, Eurocode 2, NZS 3101 and Saudi Building Code.
